MEIOTE is registered on the Electronic Complaints Book platform, allowing any customer to file a complaint online.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the customer/consumer can resort to:
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities, identified on the consumer portal at www.consumidor.pt; or
- The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
These entities and platforms are competent for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from sales or service contracts concluded online.
