After completing the order, the customer has the time period indicated for each payment method to complete the order.

    • Europe and the rest of the world: CTT or UPS

    • Madeira and the Azores: 5 to 15 business days

3.3 Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns: 30 days after receipt, with the product intact, with tags, and no signs of use.
  • Refund to bank account or via coupon (valid for 12 months).

Return costs:

  • Covered by MEIOTE in the event of a proven error or defect.
  • Customer support for returns on their own initiative.

Exchanges:
