Shipping

All orders completed and paid by Credit Card, Multibanco, or MB Way are shipped the same day, provided payment is confirmed by 1:00 PM on a business day.

Payments received after this time will be shipped the next business day.

If any questions arise (e.g., incorrect address, payment confirmation, out-of-stock), Customer Service will contact the customer. Shipping will be suspended until a response is received.
If no response is received, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Delivery

After payment confirmation, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding purchase order.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, to the address provided at checkout.

It is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time, as it depends on the carrier's route.
The customer must be present at the location between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Deliveries to PO Boxes are not possible.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a return to MEIOTE, with additional reshipping costs.
After processing, it is not possible to change the delivery address or billing information.

Shipping Companies

Portugal and Spain: CTT, CTT Expresso
Europe and Rest of the World: CTT or UPS

In case of absence:
A notice will be left for pickup at a CTT location.
Pickup must occur within 5 business days, using the provided notice/code and an identification document.
After this period, the order will be returned to MEIOTE.
