Refund policy
1. Orders Not Delivered to the Customer
MEIOTE's Responsibility:
If the order is not delivered due to a MEIOTE error (e.g., a defective or incorrect product), we will refund the shipping costs.
Refund Details:
Regardless of the payment method, the customer must provide their bank details.
Refund Options:

Bank transfer; or

Refund coupon valid for 12 months (after this period, no further refunds will be issued).
Shipping Agent's Responsibility:
If the return is due to a shipping agent’s error, the customer must contact MEIOTE so the issue can be resolved directly with the carrier.
2. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is only possible before processing begins.
The customer must send an email to info@meiotesocks.com
Requests made through other means will not be considered.
3. Returns
Customers may return one or more items within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

They present the purchase receipt;

The product(s) have tags attached, are odor-free, unused, and unwashed;

The items are in their original delivery condition.
Procedure:
Send an email to info@meiotesocks.com indicating the order number and the product reference(s).
Refunds will be made by bank transfer or refund coupon (valid for 12 months).
Products on Sale:
If the returned item was purchased as part of a promotional offer, the entire order must be returned under the same conditions.

Note:
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
The customer will have 10 days to collect them or may request a new shipment at their own expense.
4. Refund Methods and Deadlines
MEIOTE will process the refund within 15 days of receiving the returned item(s).
The customer must provide bank details for the refund, even if the initial payment was made using another method.
Alternatively, a refund coupon valid for 12 months may be issued.
5. Return Costs
MEIOTE Error:
MEIOTE will cover the return costs and arrange collection of the item at the delivery address.
No MEIOTE Error:
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
